We just finished the long process with them to obtain from City of San Diego "High Pile Rack Permit" which is enforced by SDFD. They took care of everything (Structural reports, CAD drawings, Inspections, etc...)All was really smooth, and no pressure on us to replace all our racks and get new from them (like other vendors), just replaced what was needed. In terms of pricing, the whole process is expensive, but compared with two other companies we quoted, the total price was right. Thanks to Bira and Frank.
