Heavy Duty Push Back Storage is the Best Pick for Any Warehouse Forklift Operator!
Heavy Duty Push Back Storage uses all the benefits of pallet flow rack and combine condensed footprint of push-back rack to deliver a unique high-density, low-profile, dynamic LIFO storage solution.
High density! the classical push-back cart and track design has a maximum depth of 5-6 pallets deep, but with this heavy duty pallet racking system, heavy duty pallet flow rails are used which require lower vertical height for multiple deep applications. This system can go up to 12 pallets deep. That doubles the pallet density. The single aisle loading and picking access reduces the overall system storage capacity. Pallets are loaded into the push-back path, then on the slightly inclined rails gently pushed back. As pallets are picked, the rear pallets flow automatically to the face of the aisle for replenishment of the pick face.
A push-back device constructed using pallet flow rails/rollers can be better suited to your needs for inventories. Long, short, or non-standard pallets can easily find a home in a push-back system. This system design also enables the forklift operator to have better control over inventory flow as it is loaded and unloaded into the lane. Also, should your inventory or throughput needs change. Your push-back device will turn to a pallet flow racking solution that supports FIFO.
